Order Cancellation Policy:
If for some reason you will need to cancel your order, please do so up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel orders as they are generally being prepped for shipping at the warehouse or factory. Exchanges and upgrades may be accepted based on availability if they have not yet been scheduled for shipping. Cancellations that can be accommodated after 24 hours will incur a minimum fee of $50.
Orders accepted for returns must be unused, sealed and in the original shipping boxes and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
All merchandise returned to Seller is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or the manufacturer restocking fee. This cost is passed on at the customer's cost.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any shipping fees incurred by Seller for the initial shipment to the Customer; collect shipments will not be accepted. Free shipping only applies when the Customer keeps the merchandise.
The Refund will be processed after the merchandise arrives at Seller in its original packaging and brand new factory condition.
Any shipments returned to sender marked “Undeliverable”, or otherwise similar nature, are subject to a 20% restocking fee minus any shipping charges incurred by Seller for the initial shipment to the customer.
